Great customer service

I cannot say enough about the customer service this company provides! I purchase this bracelet for my Mother. She is almost 80 and she will never take it off. The silver balls had some tarnish and the separation beads as well. I offered to pay to have them replaced and sent it back to Pearls by Laurel and the replaced at no charge. They will graciously fix any issue. Please use them for a precious gift for your loved ones!!
