I love my new bracelet. My daughters originally purchased the same bracelet for me about 5 years ago. It contains the stones of my 5 grandchildren. Unfortunately, it was stolen from my hotel room during a recent trip. I was devastated! I immediately went online and was able to replace the bracelet exactly. Customer service was excellent and it arrived in about two weeks. I am thrilled with it. The bracelet is beautiful and I wear it often.

My sisters gave me this beautiful bracelet for my birthday. It is not just a mother’s ring. It is a family ring! All the months represent my parents, my sisters, my husband, my children and my nephew. It is so beautiful and meaningful! I absolutely love it!

I purchased this bracelet for my granddaughter that just had her first baby. It is absolutely beautiful. I have purchased other bracelets previously and they were equally as beautiful. I will be sending those bracelets off to put the additional bead on for my daughter who is now a first time grandmother and for me. I am a first time great Mimi.

LOVE the jewelry, not so much the communication
I have been a fan of your jewelry since I received the necklace as a Mother's Day gift many years ago. The quality is excellent, pearls are lovely, and the customer service used to be exemplary. This order, however, was a disappointment as far as customer service and communication were concerned. I tried to call twice and learned that you no longer take phone calls. I sent 2 emails and have yet to receive a response from you. I realize Covid raised havoc with businesses and this holiday time of year is a flurry (pun intended) of orders for you. The order was hugely delayed and sent to my billing address so I had to wait an extra 2 weeks for the jewelry to be forwarded to my winter home. My instructions indicated the correct address for delivery. Fortunately, I was not in a hurry to receive my jewelry. All in all, it worked out and my items arrived safely to my current address. Mainly, I am disappointed in the lack of communication. I will continue to purchase your jewelry, but hope you are able to return your customer service to its former excellent status. Happy holidays.

I sent my bracelet in to have a new pearl added for a new grandson. It came back, and I love it. However, it was too big, since they added a pearl. I guess is figured that they would know to take some silver beads out to make room for the new pearl. So, I had to send it back to have that done, which is done at no charge. However, I had to pay shipping. So, the product is wonderful--just be specific about adding or taking out length.

This my second order in 2 or 3 years and the bracelet was absolutely perfect in every way as was the customer service and ease of ordering on the web. I have tried others (and subsequently returned the item) but will not do so anymore. Laurel's cannot be beat!
