If your order has not been processed, you may request a change via the following steps:

  1. Visit your Order History.
  2. Click the Modify button next to your order.
  3. Complete the form indicating the changes to be made.

Orders that are "In Progress" cannot be changed online. Please instead contact us.

If I make a change, will it delay my order?
A small delay is possible. The order will be temporarily placed in a "Pending" state until we are able to apply the requested changes. This can add up to 1 business day to the original shipping estimate.

What if my order has already shipped?
We can still make the requested changes. However, it will need to be handled as an exchange. When you receive your package, please follow the instructions on the back of the order receipt. Exchanges are free and take approximately 7-10 business days (longer for international shipments).
