Making Order Changes
If your order has not been processed, you may request a change via the following steps:
- Visit your Order History.
- Click the Edit link under the Actions column.
- Complete the form indicating the changes to be made.
Orders that are "In Progress" cannot be changed online. Please instead contact us.
If I make a change, will it delay my order?
A small delay is possible. The order will be temporarily placed in a "Pending" state until we are able to apply the requested changes. This can add up to 1 business day to the original shipping estimate.
