CHECKING AN ORDER
You may check the status of your order at any time by visiting your Order History. Your order will typically show one of the following statuses:
Received
Order not yet processed. At this point, you may still make changes.
In Progress
Order is being processed. No further changes can be made.
Shipped
Your order has shipped. Tracking information will be sent via email.
When your order ships, the tracking number will be provided via email and in your Order History.
