Why is the estimated delivery date different?
The estimated delivery date we provide you at Checkout may differ slightly from that shown on your tracking information. In most cases, the original estimate we provide is more accurate.
My tracking information has not updated in several days. What is going on?
In most cases, there is no need to worry. Tracking gaps of 2-3 days are quite common. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 days, please refer to our late deliveries page.
